It is located in the center of the village. It is very quiet and peaceful.

It has stable electricity; city drinking mountain water on the faucets and can connect land line with internet fast line.

It has a kitchen on the ground floor in one of the rooms, as well as an additional small kitchen area in front/outside of the house.

It has a well to accumulate snow water during spring when the snow melts. It has not always snowed in the winter, in the last few years. (We use a backet to take out water but a pump can be installed if needed.)

It has 2 yards and additional space below the house for additional building or planting trees etc.

The house is cool all year long. Even in the summer you need a light blanket to sleep in the night.

During winter use heating stoves, one on each floor. The upper stove can sustain heat for 2 hours using 1 piece of wood.

The access to the house is only from the village road. From the other sides of the house, access is very difficult or impossible.

The village is 30-40 mins drive from the near city Ioannina, but there is bakery, butchery, super market, pharmacy much closer.
